This PDF is a good example of my collaborative work involving our development team and client partnership. I worked closely with the wider client team to develop UX/UI design from initial inception through development.
The goal was to convert pages and pages of dry tabular content into something more usable, engaging, and visually compelling, while remaining Bootstrap-friendly for our developers.
The data on the page is meant to be displayed according to the logged-in user persona, to allow a simplified visualization of fund distribution waterfalls and approval statuses. Also built into the functionality is the ability to propose and submit potential programs from any user level.
